A Little Bit About Me
Where it all started...
I grew up with a great interest in fitness and training; but I wasn't always consistent and I didn't have the knowledge on how to maximise results. I decided to pursue my fitness career by taking up Level 2 Health and Wellbeing, Level 2 Strength and Condition and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, following on from this, it encouraged me to help others to find their place in fitness, regardless of their goals!

As you can see from the picture on the left, I developed unhealthy habits and neglected my health and fitness, but I finally reinvested myself back into it and it was the best decision I've made!
